ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A shield structure for electromagnetically isolating a the sections of portable or vehicle mounted miniature mobile radio communication equipment, and particularly for separating transmitting and receiving sections. The transmitting and receiving sections are mounted on distinct printed circuit boards. The components of a section are placed on one surface (side) of the respective printed circuit board and are soldered or otherwise connected on the same surface of the board. The printed circuit boards with the transmitter and receiver sections are arranged back-to-back such that their other surfaces adjoin or contact each other. Optionally, additional shielding and insulation may be provided between the other surfaces of the printed circuit boards.
