Abstract of the Disclosure Resin compositions comprising 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride or polyvinylidene chloride series resin, 20 to 80 parts by weight of a plasticizer, and 0.2 to 7 parts by weight of a silicone oil which minimizes the elution of the plasticizer, and a method of manufacturing these resin compositions which is characterized by emulsifying said silicone oil in advance with part of said plasticizer and adding the emulsion thus formed to said resin compositions. These resin compositions can be safely used for making food containers, beverage containers, and medicinal products such as blood tubing.
