A mining system to convey mined materials (eg., coal) from a mining machine (10) to a remote location has a crushing unit (20) receiving the mined material from the mining machine (10) via a surge bin (21). The material is crushed and sized and mixed with water to form a slurry in a pumping unit (30). Slurry pipes (41-43) interconnect pumps (31-33) on the de-watering unit (50) to convey the slurry to the de-watering unit (50) from which it can be conveyed by fixed conveyors (60) to the remote location. The slurry pipes (41- 43), and return water pipe(s) (51), have intermediate portions (41a-43a) suspended from a monorail (106) and/or mounted on a sled (206), and flexible end portions (41-43a, 41c-43c) to allow advance off the mining machine (20) along gateroads (101) and/or crossroads (103) in the mine.

Cette invention concerne un système d'exploitation minière permettant de transporter les matières exploitées (p. ex., du charbon) d'un engin d'extraction (10) à un emplacement éloigné. Ledit système présente une unité de concassage (20) recevant la matière exploitée de l'engin d'extraction (10), par le biais d'un réservoir intermédiaire (21). La matière est concassée et calibrée, puis mélangée à de l'eau dans une unité de pompage (30), afin de former une boue. Des conduits de boue (41-43) interconnectent les pompes (31-33) avec l'unité d'assèchement (50) afin de transporter la boue jusqu'à cette dernière. La boue peut ensuite être transportée de l'unité d'assèchement (50) à l'emplacement éloigné au moyen de convoyeurs fixes (60). Les conduits de boue (41-43) et le(s) conduit(s) de retour d'eau (51) présentent des parties intermédiaires (41a-43a) suspendues à un monorail (106) et/ou montées sur un traîneau (206), ainsi que des parties finales flexibles (41-43a, 41c-43c), qui leur permettent de s'éloigner de l'engin d'extraction (20), le long des galeries (101) et/ou des croisements (103) de la mine.
