A mirrored door includes at least four interconnected members (20, 22, 30) providing a frame. The frame has first and second oppositely disposed sides and an uninterrupted interior perimeter defining a cavity. A door skin (12) is secured to one of the sides and closes the cavity. A mirror (10) is positioned within the cavity and conforms to the perimeter. A molding element (46) is disposed about the perimeter. The molding element (46) bears upon the mirror (10) and abuts the members (30). The molding section (46) is mechanically secured to the members (30) so that the mirror (10) is thereby retained within the cavity.
