ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A mixed gypsumless Portland cement the application of which enables to achieve high initial and long - lasting strength. The cement contains from 60 to 96.7 weight per cent of the gypsumless Portland cement clinker with the specific surface of from 350 to 550 m2/kg, from 3 to 40 weight per cent of ground latently hydraulic matter, such as the granulated blast furnace slag, light ash a.s.o., these two components having been ground in the presence of from 0.01 to 0.1 weight per cent of a liquid milling admixture, advantageously with a syntheticly surface active matter with wetting purposes, and containing further on from 0 to 20 weight per cent of fine amorphous SiO2 and/or from 0.1 to 3 weight per cent of the sulphonated polyelectrolyte or ligninsulphonate and from 0.5 to 6 weight per cent of alkaline carbonate, hydrogenecarbonate or hydroxide.
