Disclosed is a mixed powder for powder metallurgy containing an iron base powder and a carbon-supplying component, wherein the carbon-supplying component contains a graphite powder and a carbon black, and the mixing ratio between the graphite powder and the carbon black is within the range of graphite powder:carbon black = 25-85 parts by weight:75-15 parts by weight. Also disclosed is a mixed powder for powder metallurgy containing an iron base powder and a carbon-supplying component, wherein the carbon-supplying component mainly contains a carbon black having a dibutyl phthalate absorption of not more than 60 mL/100 g and a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of not more than 50 m2/g. Each mixed powder for powder metallurgy hardly suffers from dust generation or segregation of the carbon-supplying component. By using such a mixed powder for powder metallurgy, there can be produced a green compact and a sintered compact having excellent mechanical characteristics.
La présente invention décrit une poudre mixte destinée à la métallurgie des poudres contenant une poudre à base de fer et un constituant fournisseur de carbone, dans laquelle le constituant fournisseur de carbone contient une poudre de graphite et un noir de carbone, et le rapport de mélange entre la poudre de graphite et le noir de carbone se situe dans la plage de rapport poudre de graphite/noir de carbone = 25 à 85 parties en poids/75 à 15 parties en poids. Elle décrit également une poudre mixte destinée à la métallurgie des poudres contenant une poudre à base de fer et un constituant fournisseur de carbone, dans laquelle le constituant fournisseur de carbone contient principalement un noir de carbone ayant une absorption du phtalate de dibutyle de 60 ml/100 g au maximum et une surface spécifique d'absorption de l'azote de 50 m<SUP>2</SUP>/g au maximum. Chaque poudre mixte destinée à la métallurgie des poudres pâtit de la génération de poussières ou de la ségrégation du constituant fournisseur de carbone. Par l'utilisation de cette poudre mixte destinée à la métallurgie des poudres, on peut produire un comprimé cru et une pièce frittée ayant d'excellentes caractéristiques mécaniques.
