A mixer and a mixing method, where the mixer is capable of stably feeding a large flow rate of slurry in which bubbles are uniformly mixed and capable of reducing the amount of bubbles to be fed to the slurry. A mixer (10) has a housing (20), a rotating board (32), a slurry outlet (45), a slurry feed tube (46), and a hollow connection portion (47). A bubble feed opening (41) is provided at a predetermined position in an annular wall or in the hollow connection portion and feeds bubbles to slurry immediately before flowing into the slurry outlet or in slurry in the hollow connection portion. The slurry and bubbles are mixed at the slurry outlet or on the downstream side of the slurry outlet. The bubbles are substantially not subjected to a mixing impact of the mixer and the amount of bubbles disappear is reduced. The bubbles are uniformly mixed into the slurry even when a slurry flow rate is increased, so that a production speed of gypsum boards can be increased.

Une ouverture (41) est située dans une position prédéterminée d'une paroi annulaire ou dans le raccord creux, afin d'alimenter la pâte liquide en bulles immédiatement avant de pénétrer dans la sortie de pâte liquide ou dans la pâte liquide de la partie raccord. Cette pâte liquide et ces bulles sont mélangées au niveau de la sortie ou du côté amont de cette sortie. Ces bulles ne sont pratiquement pas soumises à l'impact de mélange du mélangeur, ce qui permet de diminuer le niveau de disparition de ces bulles. Ces dernières sont mélangées uniformément dans la pâte liquide, même en cas de l'augmentation du débit de celle-ci, de manière à pouvoir augmenter la vitesse de production de plaques de gypse.
