The invention relates to a mixing system for producing water-dilutable coating agents with exactly determined colouration from different base colours. The mixing system is characterized in that it contains: A) different base colours A containing less than 5 wt. % water, at least one chromophoric and/or effect-giving pigment, an organic solvent, at least one water-dilutable or water-dispersible binder as well as, optionally, adjuvants and additives; and B) at least one unpigmented component B containing water and a binding agent. The binder in component B contains at least one polymer which can be obtained by polymerizing, in an aqueous dispersion of a polyurethane resin having an average molecular weight of 1,000 to 30,000 daltons and containing a statistic average of 0.05-1.1 polymerizable double bonds, an ethylene-unsaturated monomer or mixture of ethylene-unsaturated monomers, in the presence of a water-insoluble initiator or a mixture of water-insoluble initiators. The weight ratio between the polyurethane resin and the ethylene-unsaturated monomer or the mixture of ethylene-unsaturated monomers is between 1:10 and 10:1.
L'invention concerne un système de mélange pour la préparation d'agents de revêtement diluables dans l'eau et présentant une teinte déterminée avec précision à partir de différentes couleurs de base. Ce système de mélange est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient: A) différentes couleurs de base A renfermant moins de 5 % en poids d'eau, au moins un pigment chromophore et/ou donnant un certain effet, un solvant organique, au moins un liant diluable ou dispersible dans l'eau ainsi qu'éventuellement des adjuvants et des additifs, et B) au moins un constituant B dépourvu de pigments et contenant de l'eau et un liant. Le liant présent dans le constituant B contient au moins un polymère qui s'obtient en polymérisant, dans une dispersion aqueuse d'une résine polyuréthane présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre allant de 1000 à 30000 Dalton et contenant en moyenne statistique 0,05 à 1,1 liaisons doubles polymérisables, un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé ou bien un mélange de monomères éthyléniquement insaturés, en présence d'un initiateur insoluble dans l'eau ou bien d'un mélange d'initiateurs insolubles dans l'eau, le rapport en poids entre la résine polyuréthane et le monomère éthyléniquement insaturé ou le mélange de monomères éthyléniquement insaturés se situant entre 1:10 et 10:1.
