Abstract of the Disclosure The mixing and feeding apparatus comprises a frame on which is mounted a polymer delivering pump and a water delivering mechanism. The frame also supports a mixer which includes a vessel for receiving the polymer and the water. The vessel has a cylindrical chamber and an impeller mounted for rotation about the cylindrical axis. The polymer delivering pump operates in a pulsating manner.
