In the case of a mixing and kneading apparatus for the, in particular, thermal treatment of products in the liquid, pasty and/or pulverulent state, with or without the supply and discharge of gases and vapors, in a housing (1), a shaft (2) rotating in said housing and having disk segments (3) or similar disc-like elements arranged on it, which segments or elements interact with mating kneading elements (7) fixed on the housing, the intention is to form, between the mating kneading elements (7), and between the mating kneading elements and the disk segments, an open space (12) in which a mixing arm (14) engages from the shaft (2). In this case, mixing arms (14) of different configurations engage in the open space (toric space 12) from the shaft (2).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de mélange et de malaxage destiné au traitement notamment thermique de produits à l'état liquide, pâteux et/ou pulvérulent, avec ou sans apport ou évacuation de gaz et de vapeurs dans un boîtier (1), dans lequel tourne un arbre (2) pourvu de segments de disque (3) ou d'éléments similaires en forme de disque agissant conjointement avec des contre-éléments de malaxage (7) fixés sur le boîtier. Un espace ouvert (12) est ménagé entre les contre-éléments de malaxage (7) ou entre ces derniers et les segments de disque, un bras de mélange (14) de l'arbre (2) venant s'engager dans cet espace ouvert (12). Des bras de mélange (14) conçus de différentes façons viennent s'engager à partir de l'arbre (2) dans l'espace ouvert (espace toroïdal 12).
