A mixing apparatus (10) dispenses a composite material blended from metered components (12, 16). The apparatus (10) includes a blending assembly (60) for blending the components into the composite material and for thereafter dispensing the composite material out of a dispensing nozzle (36). The apparatus (10) also has metering assemblies (20, 40) which are in communication with a respective component and which are each switchable between a measuring mode and a discharge mode. A control system concurrently places the metering assemblies (20, 40) in the discharge mode, and an ejection assembly concurrently ejects the selected quantities of the components into the blending assembly (60) and thereafter out of the dispensing nozzle (36). The blending assembly (60) is disclosed to be a static or a dynamic. The metering assemblies (20, 40) may include metering cylinders (24, 44) that are mechanically linked of otherwise controlled to measure and dispense the components, and structure is provided to allow variation in the ratios and quantities of the components.
L'invention concerne un mélangeur (10) qui délivre un matériau composite obtenu à partir de composants dosés (12, 16). Ledit appareil (10) est constitué d'un ensmble mélangeur (60) qui mélange les composants pour former ledit matériau composite et le délivrer par une buse de distribution (36). Il comprend également des dispositifs de dosage (20, 40) communiquant avec un composant respectif qui peuvent fonctionner en mode de mesure ou de décharge. Un système de commande met lesdits dispositifs de dosage (20, 40) en même temps en mode de décharge, et un dispositif d'éjection éjecte simultanément les doses sélectionnées de composants d'abord dans l'ensemble mélangeur ((60) puis par la buse de distribution (36). L'ensemble mélangeur (60) est statique ou dynamique. Les dispositifs de dosage (20, 40) peuvent comporter des cylindres de dosage (24, 44) qui sont couplés mécaniquement ou commandés autrement afin de doser et distribuer les composants, et une structure permettant de modifier les proportions et les quantités de composants est prévue.
