It is an object to provide a mixing apparatus for a high viscosity material that can obtain a sealant with the air caught therein reduced. The mixing apparatus includes a main agent supply unit 20 that supplies a main agent to a main agent pipe 40, a curing agent supply unit 30 that supplies a curing agent HA to a curing agent pipe 50, a mixing pipe 60 with which the main agent pipe 40 and the curing agent pipe 50 merge and through which the main agent MI and the curing agent HA pass, a static mixer 70 and a dynamic mixer 80 that are provided on the mixing pipe 60 and sequentially mix the main agent MI and the curing agent HA, a discharge pipe 90 through which a sealant S obtained through the static mixer 70 and the dynamic mixer 80 is discharged, and an in-system decompressor 93 that sets at least the static mixer 70 and the dynamic mixer 80 in a decompressed atmosphere before the main agent MI and the curing agent HA are mixed.
L'invention porte sur un appareil de mélange pour une matière de viscosité élevée, qui permet de produire une matière d'étanchéité dans laquelle le mélange d'air est réduit. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur un appareil de mélange qui comprend : une unité d'apport de matière de base (20) pour l'apport d'une matière de base (MI) vers un tuyau de matière de base (40) ; une unité d'apport d'agent durcisseur (30) pour l'apport d'un agent durcisseur (HA) vers un tuyau d'agent durcisseur (50) ; un tuyau de mélange (60) vers lequel le tuyau de matière de base (40) et le tuyau d'agent durcisseur (50) convergent et dans lequel la matière de base (MI) et l'agent durcisseur (HA) circulent ensemble ; un mélangeur statique (70) et un mélangeur dynamique (80) qui sont prévus sur le tuyau de mélange (60) et mélangent séquentiellement la matière de base (MI) et l'agent durcisseur (HA) ; un tuyau de sortie (90) dans lequel une matière d'étanchéité (S) obtenue grâce au mélangeur statique (70) et au mélangeur dynamique (80) sort ; et un dispositif de réduction de pression intégré au système (93) permettant d'amener au moins le mélangeur statique (70) et le mélangeur dynamique (80) à avoir une atmosphère à pression réduite avant le mélange de la matière de base (MI) et de l'agent durcisseur (HA).
