ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a mixing bibcock hav- ing a valve mechanism for individually supplying hot water, cold water, or a mixture thereof of a desired temperature by adjust- ment of a combination of a fixed plate valve and a movable valve which are formed from ceramics, said mixing bibcock comprising: a plate valve unit in which a cold water inlet port, a hot water inlet port, and an outlet respectively provided in said fixed plate valve as to penetrate said plate valve to connect the top surface thereof to the bottom surface thereof, and in which a recessed guide groove is provided in the form of a blind hole in an abutting surface of said movable plate valve; a main mixing valve body having a valve chamber in which said fixed plate valve and said movable plate valve are inserted with abutting surfaces and thereof facing each other; an operating means by which said movable plate valve and a lever are linked through a handle shaft and a boss in such a manner that force can be transmitted therethrough, wherein a suitable quantity of hot water and cold water can be individually supplied, or a mixture of a suitable temperature can be supplied by turning said lever horizontally.
