Abstract In a mixing capsule (10) for dental compositions (28, 38) a mixing chamber (12) with a hollow piston (14) is provided. Within the hollow piston (14) a plunger (16) is slidably guided. The hollow piston (14) is provided with a locking member (18) whereby the looking member (18) interlocks through a perforation in the mixing chamber (12) with the piston (14) and thus effects arresting. (Fig. 1)
