ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a mixing device for mixing solid with liquid consti- tuents and for further homogenizing the viscous or pasty mass resulting thereby in which device there is arranged within a mixing receptacle at least one mixing tool on at least one rotatably supported mixer shaft, a pressing plate is sealingly guided within the mixing receptacle and in direction of the mixer shaft, the mixer shaft sealingly extending through the pressing plate and being shiftable in direction of its axis. The mixer shaft carries a mixing disc, which is arranged between the pressing plate and the bottom of the mixing receptacle. In this manner, the mixed materials can be expelled by the pressing plate via a discharge opening arranged within the area of the bottom of the mixing receptacle, without the necessity to open the mixing receptacle.
