A mixing device (100) for mixing a first and second material together to create an output mixture. The device includes a first chamber (310) containing the first material coupled to a mixing chamber (330) defined between a rotor (600) and a stator (700). The rotor is disposed inside the stator and rotates therein about an axis of rotation. The first chamber houses an internal pump (410) configured to pump the first material from the first chamber into the mixing chamber. At least one of the rotor and stator have a plurality of through-holes (608, 708) through which the second material is provided to the mixing chamber. Optionally, a second chamber (320) coupled to the mixing chamber. The second chamber may house an internal pump (420) configured to pump the output material fro the mixing chamber into the second chamber.
L'invention de rapporte à un dispositif de mélange destiné à mélanger une première matière et une seconde matière afin de créer un mélange de sortie. Le dispositif comprend une première chambre contenant la première matière couplée à une chambre de mélange définie entre un rotor et un stator. Le rotor est disposé à l'intérieur du stator, où il pivote autour d'un axe de rotation. La première chambre abrite une pompe interne conçue pour aspirer la première matière dans la première chambre et l'amener dans la chambre de mélange. La pompe peut être configurée pour imprimer un mouvement à vitesse circonférentielle à la première matière avant que celle-ci ne pénètre dans la chambre de mélange. Au moins un des rotor et stator possède une pluralité de trous débouchants par l'intermédiaire desquels la seconde matière est amenée à la chambre de mélange. Une seconde chambre est couplée de manière facultative à la chambre de mélange. La seconde chambre peut abriter une pompe interne configurée de manière à aspirer la matière de sortie dans la chambre de mélange et à l'amener dans ladite seconde chambre.
