The present invention relates to a mixing device (2) for mixing a liquid, such as water, with an instant ingredient to form a beverage. The mixing device comprises a mixing chamber (24) and a rotor (25) which, during rotation about the axis of rotation (26), defines a surface of revolution (50) extending along the circumference of the rotor. The rotor is arranged in the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber comprises a peripheral wall zone (51) having a substantially circular cross section. The peripheral wall zone surrounds the surface of revolution. An outlet duct (36) for discharging the mixture formed is connected to the mixing chamber. The inlet of the outlet duct is provided at the rotor. At least one rotor rib (54) is provided at the peripheral wall zone. This rotor rib extends from the peripheral wall zone in the direction of the surface of revolution of the rotor. The invention furthermore relates to a beverage-making device (1) comprising a mixing device according to the invention, as well as to the use of a mixing device according to the invention.

La présente invention concerne un mélangeur (2) destiné à mélanger un liquide, tel de l'eau, à un ingrédient instantané pour constituer une boisson. Ce mélangeur comprend une chambre de mélange (24) et un rotor (25) qui, en tournant autour d'un axe de rotation (26), définit une surface de révolution (50) autour de la circonférence du rotor. Ce dernier est disposé dans la chambre de mélange. Celle-ci comprend une zone de paroi périphérique (51) ayant une section transversale pratiquement circulaire. Cette zone de paroi périphérique entoure la surface de révolution. Un conduit de sortie (36) destiné à évacuer le mélange formé est raccordé à la chambre de mélange. L'entrée du conduit de sortie est prévue au niveau du rotor. Au moins une nervure de rotor (54) est prévue au niveau de la zone de paroi périphérique. Cette nervure de rotor s'étend depuis la zone de paroi périphérique dans la direction de la surface de révolution du rotor. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un dispositif de production de boisson (1) comprenant un mélangeur selon l'invention, ainsi que l'utilisation d'un mélangeur selon l'invention.
