A mixing, heating and/or frothing and/or whipping device (1) for preparing hot milk-based beverages, comprising a central body (2) which is detachably associable with a steam delivery tube (3) and an outer casing (4) which fits over the central body (2); the central body (2) protrudes partially from the outer casing (4) in order to immerse it partially in a beverage together with part of the outer casing (4) and forms channels (7, 8) for the passage of air and of liquid to be frothed, in order to mix them with the steam and consequently mix the three flows, the device further comprising at least one first mixing region (9) for forming a mixture composed of the air and the liquid to be whipped, which arrive respectively from at least one intake channel (8) and at least one rising channel (7), which are formed by the central body (2) and by the outer casing (4), the formed mixture then converges in at least one second mixing region (10) with the steam that is injected in the second mixing region (10) and arrives from the delivery tube (3) and then enters the beverage by means of at least one discharge channel (11) that extends from the second mixing region (10).
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de mélange, de chauffage et/ou de moussage et/ou d'agitation (1) pour préparer des boissons chaudes à base de lait, lequel dispositif comprend un corps central (2) qui est apte à être associé de façon détachable à un tube de délivrance de vapeur (3) et à une enceinte externe (4) qui s'adapte sur le corps central (2) ; le corps central (2) faisant saillie partiellement à partir de l'enceinte externe (4) afin d'être immergé partiellement dans une boisson avec une partie de l'enceinte externe (4) et formant des canaux (7, 8) pour le passage d'air et de liquide que l'on doit faire mousser, afin de mélanger ceux-ci avec la vapeur et de mélanger par conséquent les trois écoulements, le dispositif comprenant en outre au moins une première région de mélange (9) pour former un mélange constitué par l'air et le liquide devant être fouetté, qui arrive respectivement à partir d'au moins un canal d'admission (8) et d'au moins un canal montant (7), qui sont formés par le corps central (2) et par l'enceinte externe (4), le mélange formé converge ensuite dans au moins une seconde région de mélange (10) avec la vapeur qui est injectée dans la seconde région de mélange (10) et qui arrive du tube de délivrance (3), puis entre dans la boisson à l'aide d'au moins un canal de décharge (11) qui s'étend à partir de la seconde région de mélange (10).
