A mixing-kneading extruder apparatus mixes/kneads raw materials for e.g. soap and extrudes the mixture into a predetermined shape. The apparatus includes a cylinder incorporating therein a plodder worm shaft rotatable relative thereto for plodding material to be processed in an axial direction of the shaft, a levigating mechanism disposed at a predetermined longitudinal position of the cylinder for levigating the material, the levigating mechanism including a rotary disc rotatable with the plodder worm shaft and a fixed disc fixed to the cylinder, with the rotary disc and the fixed disc being disposed side by side along the axial direction of the plodder worm shaft, the rotary disc and the fixed disc respectively defining a plurality of through holes for allowing passage of the material in the axial direction. A flow passage forming member is disposed within a moving passage of the material between the rotary disc and the fixed disc and forming therein a flow passage for allowing passage therethrough of fluid maintained at a predetermined temperature. A fluid supplying/exhausting device is provided for supplying the fluid of the predetermined temperature at a predetermined flow rate to the flow passage of the flow passage forming member and exhausting the fluid from the flow passage forming member.
Un appareil d'extrusion malaxeur-pétrisseur mélange/pétrit des matériaux bruts, pour faire du savon par exemple, et extrude le mélange suivant une forme prédéterminée. L'appareil comporte un cylindre incorporant un arbre de boudineuse à vis sans fin pour mouler le matériau à traiter dans le sens axial de l'arbre, un mécanisme de lévigation placé en une position longitudinale prédéterminée du cylindre pour léviger le matériau, le mécanisme de lévigation comportant un disque rotatif solidaire de l'arbre de boudineuse à vis sans fin et un disque fixe assujetti au cylindre, le disque rotatif et le disque fixe étant placés côte à côte le long de l'axe de l'arbre de boudineuse à vis sans fin, le disque rotatif et le disque fixe définissant respectivement une pluralité de trous pour laisser passer le matériau dans le sens axial. Un élément formant un passage d'écoulement est placé dans un passage de déplacement du matériau entre le disque rotatif et le disque fixe et y forme un passage d'écoulement pour y permettre le passage d'un fluide maintenu à une température prédéterminée. L'invention prévoit un dispositif d'alimentation/évacuation pour amener suivant un débit prédéterminé le fluide de température prédéterminée dans le passage d'écoulement de l'élément formant un passage d'écoulement et évacuer le fluide de l'élément formant un passage d'écoulement.
