A combination mixing pitcher (21) having a mixer subassembly (22) that incorporates an impeller (31) which is reciprocally longitudinally slidably movable but not rotatable within the pitcher (21). The impeller (31) is fixed to one end of a plunger rod (32) that reciprocates slidably through a matingly engageable axial channel (51) in a lid (29) that peripherally closes the pitcher mouth (26). The impeller (31) employs a plurality of flat, radially pitched, fan shaped blades (43) that are in radially equally spaced relationship to each other and that extend between a central hub (41) and a peripheral polygonally configured rim (42). The mixer subassembly (22) maximizes mixing of a liquid in the pitcher (21) with a minimum of time and energy and with no spillage.

Broc mélangeur combiné (21) pourvu d'un sous-ensemble mélangeur (22) incorporant un agitateur (31) monté coulissant selon un mouvement alternatif dans le sens longitudinal mais non rotatif à l'intérieur du broc (31). L'agitateur (31) comporte plusieurs ailettes plates radialement inclinées en forme d'éventail (43), séparées les unes des autres par des distances radiales constantes, et montées entre un moyeu central (41) et un bord périphérique (42) de configuration polygonale. Le sous-ensemble mélangeur (22) optimise le mélange du liquide contenu dans le broc (21) en un temps minimum avec une consommation d'énergie minime, et sans provoquer de débordements.
