The invention relates to a mixture containing a solvent, which can be cured with UV-A radiation and consists of: (A) between 1 and 50 wt. % of a constituent containing isocyanate-reactive groups; (B) between 0.01 and 10 wt. % of a colourless photo initiator, whose maximum absorption lies in the wavelength range .lambda. = 300 to 400 nm; (C) between 10 and 70 wt. % of an alkyl acetate and/or cycloalkyl acetate comprising between 3 and 10 carbon atoms in the alkyl group and/or in the cycloalkyl group; (D) between 10 and 70 wt. % of an alkoxyalkyl acetate, alkoxycycloalkyl acetate, cycloalkoxyalkyl acetate and/or cycloalkoxycycloalkyl acetate; (E) between 0.01 and 5 wt. % of a constituent that reduces interfacial tension; (F) between 0 and 50 wt. % of an alkyl aromatic comprising at least two alkyl groups with between 1 and 6 carbon atoms in the molecule; and (G) between 0 and 50 wt. % of an additive that differs from the constituents (A) to (F). The invention also relates to a method for producing said mixture, to its use as a spot blender for motor vehicle repair paintwork, in particular for small motor vehicle repairs (spot repairs).
L'invention concerne un mélange durcissable par rayonnement UV-A et contenant des solvants, ce mélange comprenant (A) 1 à 50 % en poids d'un constituant durcissable par rayonnement UV-A contenant des groupes réactifs aux isocyanates ; (B) 0,01 à 10 % en poids d'un photo-initiateur incolore présentant un maximum d'absorption dans le domaine spectral lambda = 300 à 400 nm ; (C) 10 à 70 % en poids d'un acétate d'alkyle et/ou de cycloalkyle comportant 3 à 10 atomes de carbone dans le groupe alkyle et/ou cycloalkyle ; (D) 10 à 70 % en poids d'un acétate d'alcoxyalkyle, d'alcoxycycloalkyle, de cycloalcoxyalkyle et/ou de cycloalcoxycycloalkyle ; (E) 0,01 à 5 % en poids d'un constituant réduisant la tension interfaciale ; (F) 0 à 50 % en poids d'un composé alkyle aromatique comprenant au moins deux groupes alkyle comportant 1 à 6 atomes de carbone dans la molécule ; et (G) 0 à 50 % en poids d'un additif différent des constituants (A) à (F). L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de ce mélange, ainsi que l'utilisation dudit mélange comme mélangeur ponctuel dans le domaine de la peinture pour réparation automobile, en particulier pour des interventions ponctuelles ("spot repair"), ou pour produire un tel mélangeur ponctuel.
