A mixture identifying system for detecting a foreign substance in a tobacco material (T) comprises a conveyer (2) for conveying the tobacco material (T), an illuminator (6) for illuminating an inspection line (IL) crossing the conveyer (2) with an infrared-ray beam, an infrared camera device (10) for receiving infrared rays reflected from the tobacco material (T) when the tobacco material (T) passes across the inspecting line (IL) and outputs image data on the tobacco material(T) from the received infrared rays, and a judging circuit (96) for detecting a foreign substance, if any, in the tobacco material (T) on the basis of the output from the infrared camera device (10). The infrared camera device (10) has infrared filters (70, 76, 82) for allowing infrared rays of a specific wavelength in the reflected infrared rays to pass therethrough and optical line sensors (72, 78, 84) for receiving infrared rays passing through the infrared filters (70, 76, 82).
La présente invention concerne un système d'identification de mélange pour détecter une substance étrangère dans une matière provenant du tabac (T) qui comprend un convoyeur (2) afin de transporter la matière provenant du tabac (T), un illuminateur (6) afin d'éclairer une ligne d'inspection (IL) traversant le convoyeur (2) avec un faisceau de rayons infrarouges, une caméra infrarouge (10) afin de recevoir des rayons infrarouges réfléchis à partir de la matière provenant du tabac (T) lorsque cette dernière (T) traverse la ligne d'inspection (IL) et transmet des données d'image sur la matière provenant du tabac (T) à partir des rayons infrarouges reçus, et un circuit d'évaluation (96) afin de détecter une substance étrangère, si c'est le cas, dans la matière provenant du tabac (T) sur la base de la sortie à partir de la caméra infrarouge (10). La caméra infrarouge (10) comporte des filtres infrarouges (70, 76, 82) afin de permettre à des rayons infrarouges d'une longueur d'onde spécifique dans les rayons infrarouges réfléchis d'y traverser et des capteurs à lignes optiques (72, 78, 84) afin de recevoir des rayons infrarouges traversant les filtres infrarouges (70, 76, 82).
