A mixed injection port capable of suppressing the continuous accumulation of medical fluid or blood therein and allowing efficient internal cleaning, wherein a recirculation part (140) is formed at a step between an inner cavity (114) and a thin tube part (117). Even if the fluid is accumulated in a clearance area (1141) produced in the inner cavity (114) when a lure is inserted into a slit (131), the fluid can be securely replaced with the fluid newly flowing therein through a septum (130) and the continuous accumulation of the fluid can be suppressed. A more efficient internal cleaning can be realized by installing a fluid accumulation prevention part such as an annular rib between the septum (130) and the inside wall of the inner cavity (114) and burying the clearance area (1141).
L'invention concerne un orifice d'injection mixte conçu de façon qu'un fluide médical ou du sang ne s'y accumule en continu, et qui permet un nettoyage interne efficace. Selon l'invention, une partie de recirculation (140) est formée entre une cavité interne (114) et une partie tubulaire fine (117). Même si un fluide s'accumule dans une zone de dégagement (1141) ménagée dans ladite cavité interne (114), lorsqu'un élément factice est inséré dans une fente (131), le fluide peut rejoindre, de manière sûre, un nouveau fluide s'écoulant à cet endroit à travers une cloison (130), ce qui empêche l'accumulation continue de fluide. Cette invention permet en outre un nettoyage interne plus efficace en présence d'une partie de prévention contre l'accumulation de fluide, telle qu'une nervure annulaire, entre ladite cloison (130) et la paroi interne de la cavité interne (114), et lorsque la zone de dégagement (1141) est enfouie.
