A mixture of isolated or synthetic affinity molecules in a liquid carrier is disclosed. The mixture comprises at least two different affinity molecules, each with affinity for a predetermined analyte, for use in a single or multi flow cell piezoelectric crystal micro balance apparatus. Each isolated or synthetic affinity molecule forms molecule forms together with the predetermined analyte an interaction pair selected from the group consisting of anion-cation, antibody-antigen, receptor-ligand, enzyme-substrate, oligonucleotide-oligonucleotide with complementary sequence, oligonucleotide- protein, oligonucleotide-cell, and peptide nucleic acid (PNA) oligomer - polynucleotide, wherein the polynucleotide may be selected from the group consisting of RNA, DNA and PNA polymers complementary to the PNA oligomer. Use of the mixture for introduction into the liquid flow of a single or multi flow cell piezoelectric crystal micro balance apparatus is also described, as well as a kit containing the mixture.
L'invention concerne un mélange de molécules d'affinité isolées ou synthétiques dans un excipient liquide. Ce mélange contient au moins deux molécules d'affinité différentes, chaque molécule présentant une affinité avec un analyte prédéterminé, et peut être utilisé dans un appareil de micro-équilibrage à cristaux piézoélectriques de cuve à circulation unique ou multiple. Chaque molécule d'affinité isolée ou synthétique produit avec l'analyte prédéterminé une paire d'interaction choisie dans le groupe constitué par anion-cation, anticorps-antigène, récepteur-ligand, enzyme-substrat, oligonucléotide-oligonucléotide à séquence complémentaire, oligonucléotide-protéine, oligonucléotide-cellule, et oligomère à acide nucléique peptidique (PNA)-polynucléotide, le polynucléotide pouvant être choisi dans le groupe constitué par des polymères ARN, ADN et PNA complémentaires de l'oligomère PNA. L'invention concerne également l'introduction de ce mélange dans l'écoulement liquide dudit appareil de micro-équilibrage à cristaux piézoélectriques de cuve à circulation unique ou multiple, ainsi qu'un kit contenant ledit mélange.
