ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An antistructure agent is provided consisting essentially of hexamethyltrisiloxanediol and methoxyhexamethyltrisiloxanol. It is pre- pared by reacting hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane with water, methanol and a short-chain fatty acid. It is very effective in preventing structure buildup in silicone elastomers.
