The invention relates to mixtures of solids, consisting of a reactive sizing agent and starch, obtained by mixing at least one reactive sizing agent with at least one starch to form a melt, in the presence of at least one destructuring agent for starch and with the aid of shear forces at temperatures of between 65 and 250 ~C. The melt is then cooled to an ambient temperature. The invention also relates to a method for producing the mixtures of solids by mixing a reactive sizing agent with a starch to form a melt, in the presence of at least one destructuring agent for starch, with the aid of shear forces at temperatures of between 65 and 250 ~C and then by cooling the melt to an ambient temperature. The invention further relates to the use of the mixtures of solids obtained by said method in the form of aqueous dispersions that are used as auxiliary processing agents in the manufacture of paper.
L'invention concerne des mélanges solides comprenant un agent de collage réactif et de l'amidon. Ces mélanges peuvent être obtenus par mélange d'au moins un agent de collage réactif avec au moins un amidon sous la forme d'une masse fondue en présence d'au moins un agent de déstructuration de l'amidon sous l'action de forces de cisaillement à des températures comprises entre 65 et 250 ·C, puis par refroidissement de la masse fondue à température ambiante. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production desdits mélanges solides, ce procédé consistant à mélanger un agent de collage réactif avec un amidon sous la forme d'une masse fondue en présence d'au moins un agent de déstructuration de l'amidon sous l'action de forces de cisaillement à des températures comprises entre 65 et 250 ·C, puis à refroidir la masse fondue à température ambiante. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation des mélanges solides ainsi obtenus sous forme de dispersions aqueuses comme adjuvants lors de la production de papier.
