La présente invention concerne un système d'aide à l'atterrissage de type MLS. Le système comporte une station centrale (Sc) assurant la génération des signaux hyperfréquences que les différentes stations d'un système MLS doivent émettre. Les signaux ainsi engendrés de façon centralisée sont distribués aux différentes stations à l'aide d'un réseau de fibres optiques (FO), les stations assurant seulement alors l'amplification et l'émission des signaux.
