ABSTRACT The invention relates to a mobile apparatus for handling in particular highly toxic waste. On a carriage a filling hopper is mounted beneath which stable packaging containers can be arranged. After filling of the packaging containers the latter are sealed and for example transported to an in- cinerating plant, An advantage is the facilitation of the handling of the highly toxic waste because on unloading the filled packaging containers and handling them at the place of disposal it is no longer necessary to work under full protection, i.e. less stringent safety and protection regu- lations apply to the packaged waste.
