A radio base station (T-eNB) according to the present invention is configured to set up a data forwarding tunnel for forwarding user plane data to the radio base station (T-eNB) only for an access bearer for which the user plane data to be forwarded exists, when receiving a notification from a handover-source radio base station (S-eNB) as to whether or not the user plane data to be forwarded exists for each access bearer, the notification being made by using a handover request message for the mobile station (UE), and the access bearer being set up between the radio base station (T-eNB) and a upper level node (SGW); and
Selon l'invention, lorsque, au moyen d'un message de demande de transfert d'une station mobile (UE), une station de base radio source du transfert (S-eNB) notifie à une station de base radio (T-eNB) la présence ou non de données de plan d'utilisateur à transférer vers la station de base radio (T-eNB) sur chaque porteuse d'accès définie entre la station de base radio (T-eNB) et un noed de niveau supérieur (SGW), la station de base radio (T-eNB) définit un tunnel de transfert de données pour transférer les données de plan d'utilisateur pour uniquement une porteuse d'accès sur laquelle les données de plan d'utilisateur à transférer sont présentes.
