A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes the steps of: transmitting, to a mobile switching center MME/SGSN, a NAS connection establishment request for the specific communication, while an AS connection is established between the mobile station UE and a radio access network apparatus eNB/RNC; determining, at the mobile switching center MME/SGSN, to restrict establishment of the NAS connection for the specific communication, when the NAS connection establishment request signal is received and when a predetermined condition is satisfied; and restricting, at the mobile station UE, transmission of a first connection establishment request signal and transmission of the NAS connection establishment request signal, after reception of a rejection signal including a restriction time period for restricting establishment of the NAS connection for the specific communication until expiry of the restriction time period.
L'invention concerne un procédé de communication mobile comportant : une étape consistant à transmettre un signal de demande détablissement dune connexion NAS pour une communication spécifique vers une station de commutation MME/SGSN tandis quune connexion AS est établie entre un UE mobile et un dispositif eNB/RNC de réseau daccès radio ; une étape consistant à décider de réguler létablissement de la connexion NAS pour une communication spécifique lorsque la station de commutation MME/SGSN a reçu le signal de demande détablissement dune connexion NAS pour une communication spécifique et lorsquune condition prédéterminée est satisfaite ; et une étape consistant à réguler lémission dun premier signal de demande détablissement dune connexion pour une communication spécifique et du signal de demande détablissement dune connexion NAS pour une communication spécifique jusquà ce quune durée de régulation se soit écoulée après que lUE de station mobile a reçu un signal de rejet contenant la durée de régulation en vue de réguler létablissement de la connexion NAS pour une communication spécifique.
