In a mobile communication terminal (100), when a VoIP communication application stored in a storage section (104) is started by the user instruction or the like (Step S101), an application start judging section (107a) judges to start the VoIP communication application. A control section (107) selects, for example, 1.152 seconds (code F10) which are less than 5.152 seconds with reference to the storage section (104), generates an EISP signal, and transmits it from a transmitting section (102) (Step S102). When an ACK signal is returned, the mobile communication terminal (100) starts receiving a report signal at a cycle of 1.152 seconds (Step S105) as a result that the control section (107) starts a receiving section (103) at a cycle of 1.152 seconds.
