The invention relates to mobile equipment for detonating explosives and a motorised unit for securing roads, tracks or similar. According to the invention, the mobile equipment (1) includes a supporting structure (5) with a transverse beam (8) having explosive-activation means (6) mounted thereon, said means comprising at least a mass decoy device (16), a mechanical decoy device (17), a thermal electrical decoy device (17) and controllable clearing means (50).
