The invention describes mobile equipment for transport and positioning of differently-abled people of the type comprising a frame (2) positioned on wheels (3), a support structure (5) secured to the frame (2) and constituted of a quadrilateral with parallel arms (50 and 51) that engage with a seat (6), a control panel (70) positioned on a technical column (7) secured to the frame (2) and a linear actuator which makes the arms (50 and 51) of the support structure (5) rotate from a vertical position to a horizontal one. The mobile equipment comprises, furthermore, a locking system suitable to prevent any movement at the wheels (3) safety devices envisaged to inhibit the activation of the arm rotation movement if the frame locking system is not activated, in addition to the safety means (8) to prevent overturning.

L'invention concerne un équipement mobile destiné au transport et au positionnement des personnes handicapées, lequel équipement comprend: un châssis (2) disposé sur des roues (3); une structure de support (5) fixée au châssis (2) et composée d'un quadrilatère muni de bras parallèles (50 et 51) entre lesquels est emboîté un siège (6); un panneau de commande (70) disposé sur une colonne technique (7) fixée au châssis (2); et un actionneur linéaire qui fait tourner les bras (50 et 51) de la structure de support (5) d'une position verticale dans une position horizontale.
