A mobile evaporator for recycling a source water (such as saltwater or other fluids) pumps the source water from a holding tank to a reboiler, then to a main boiler, and then to a fan forced air coil to evaporate preheated wafer from the main boiler. Evaporation also occurs at a knock out drum on the main boiler. Heat from the main boiler is the source heat for the reboiler. Additional heat may be obtained from an optional power plant. Residue from this process is retained in the main boiler, the reboiler and the air coil, and is periodically removed and recycled or disposed. The system can be housed in a mobile trailer for operation at remote locations. The boiler system should be capable of operation at lower pressure than prior art systems to allow operation by other than certified boilermen.
