A mobile medical facility (10) capable of treating a plurality of patients and being transported over the roadways without requiring extensive transporting measures. In general the mobile medical facility (10) includes a trailer (11). The trailer defines a floor area and has at least a first and second configuration. In the first configuration, the floor area is reduced to allow for transporting of the trailer over the public highways. In the second configuration, the floor area of the trailer is expanded and large enough to support a plurality of beds (120) for treating patients. In some embodiments, the floor area in the second configuration may be at least twice as large as the floor area in the first configuration.
Un centre médical mobile capable de traiter de nombreux patients et d~être transporté sur les routes tout en ne nécessitant pas de moyens de transport importants. En général, le centre médical mobile comporte une remorque. La remorque délimite la surface au sol et dispose au moins d~une première et d~une deuxième configuration. Dans la première configuration, la surface au sol est réduite de manière à permettre le transport de cette remorque via les voies publiques. Dans la seconde configuration, la surface au sol de la remorque est étendue et suffisamment large pour supporter : plusieurs lits permettant de traiter les patients. Selon certaines formes, la surface au sol de la deuxième configuration peut être jusqu'à deux fois plus grande que la surface au sol de la première configuration.
