The description relates to a mobile neck-rest with at least one single or multi-part neck support component (1; 11). The neck-rest described is characterized in that it is secured to at least one single or multi-part weighting component (2; 12), where the neck-rest, the weighting component and/or the connecting section (3, 13) securing the neck-rest to the weighting component are designed in such a way that the weighting component can be guided over a support substantially as high as or higher than the determinant position of the neck-rest and can be arranged on the support and/or on both sides thereof.

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif appui-tête mobile ayant au moins un élément appui-tête en une ou plusieurs parties (1; 11). L'appui-tête objet de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'élément apppui-tête est lié à au moins un élément alourdi en une ou plusieurs parties (2, 12), l'élément appui-tête, l'élément alourdi et/ou la section de jonction (3, 13) reliant l'élément appui-tête avec l'élément alourdi étant réalisés de telle façon que l'élément alourdi puisse être guidé sur des moyens d'appui sensiblement aussi hauts ou plus hauts que la position déterminante de l'élément appui-tête et puisse être agencé sur lesdits moyens et/ou de chaque côté de ceux-ci.
