A method of generating and managing property reports, in which a report is generated using a remote device (20) at the place of inspection or occurrence, said device (20) including an image capture function, said report including both written and image data wherein the date and time of creation of both said data are recorded and related to each other.

Ce dispositif (20) possède une fonction de saisie d'images et ce rapport comprend des données d'image et des données écrites.
