A mobile spraying apparatus includes a stationary primary support and a secondary support pivotally mounted to the primary support for pivotal movement about a substantially vertical axis. A rigid water conduit is pivotally mounted to the secondary support for pivotal movement about a substantially horizontal axis. The rigid water conduit has a spray end and a supply hose connection end. A first drive rotates the secondary support relative to the primary support, thereby directing spray from the spray end of the rigid water conduit in a selected direction. A second drive pivots the rigid water conduit relative to the secondary support to raise and lower the spray end to a selected elevation. Controls are provided for remotely activating the first drive and the second drive.
