A mobile storage unit for transporting and stowing selected implements comprises an elongated and rigid support frame having opposite fast and second ends, a primary wheel assembly rotatably journaled with respect to the support frame proximate to the first end, and a first storage shelf pivotally disposed on the support frame between the first and second ends. The primary wheel assembly operates in conjunction with the first end to position the support frame upright on a transport surface while permitting movement therealong. The first storage shelf is selectively moveable between a stowed position and an extended position such that it may receiveably support a first container for the implements. An auxiliary wheel assembly may be provided to horizontally position the support frame above the transport surface and first and second frameworks may be mounted to the support frame for nestably receiving a tool box for either horizontal or vertical transport therein.
