A mobile terminal device such as a mobile telephone capable of using an electronic money service. It is possible to provide a mobile terminal device capable of easily performing information management when building a value processing function in the mobile terminal device. An IC chip for a non- contact type IC card is built in a mobile telephone (7) having the Internet connection function. When the mobile telephone (7) is sold, the IC chip has no application program. After the mobile telephone (7) is purchased, a user connects the mobile telephone (7) to an electronic money server (2) and installs a value processing program in the IC chip. The electronic money server (2) and the mobile telephone (7) cooperate to perform building processing of the value processing function. In this building processing, the mobile telephone (7) receives secret information required for assuring security from the electronic money server (2) and builds it in the IC chip.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'un terminal mobile, tel qu'un téléphone mobile, capable d'utiliser un service d'argent électronique. Il est possible de mettre en place un dispositif d'un terminal mobile capable d'effectuer facilement une gestion des informations lors de l'intégration d'une fonction de traitement de valeurs dans ledit dispositif. Une puce à circuits intégrés (IC) destinée à une carte IC de type exempte de contact est intégrée dans un téléphone mobile (7) comprenant la fonction de connexion à Internet. Quand le téléphone mobile (7) est vendu, la puce IC ne comprend aucun programme d'application. Une fois le téléphone mobile (7) acheté, un utilisateur le (7) connecte à un serveur d'argent électronique (2) et installe un programme de traitement de valeurs dans la puce IC. Le serveur d'argent électronique (2) et le téléphone mobile (7) coopèrent de manière à effectuer un traitement d'intégration de la fonction de traitement de valeurs. Dans ce traitement d'intégration, le téléphone mobile (7) reçoit des informations secrètes nécessaires à garantir la sécurité du serveur d'argent électronique (2) et les intègre dans la puce IC.
