A variable length mobile privacy screen allows a user with a further tool for defining a workspace which can readily change at any point in time. The privacy screen has two slidable connected panels with each panel including a transverse floor support at a free end thereof. The panels include a telescopic slide arrangement therebetween. The variable length allows the panel to be adjusted for the particular application and allows nested storage of panels when not required.
