A work station is disclosed comprising: a canopy having a top section, a bottom section, first and second end sections, and first and second side sections to shelter workers and to contain debris, each section being suspended between a supply means and a take-up means on a plurality of support means about a structure that are mounted in a first motive means on the structure to permit the canopy to be repositioned from time to time, platform means suspended by cables on a second motive means to permit a vertical degree of freedom and on a third motive means on a transverse beam for a lateral degree offreedom, each beam being mounted on a fourth motive means on the support means to permit a longitudinal degree of freedom of movement.
Poste de travail constitué d'un abri-toit ayant une section supérieure, une section inférieure, une première et une deuxième sections situées aux extrémités, ainsi qu'une première et une deuxième sections latérales, et servant à abriter des travailleurs et à contenir des débris, chacune de ces sections étant suspendue entre un dispositif d'alimentation et un dispositif de tension sur un certain nombre de dispositifs de soutien placés autour d'une structure et qui sont montés sur un premier appareil de déplacement faisant partie de la structure grâce auquel cet abri-toit peut être repositionné épisodiquement. Une plate-forme est suspendue par des câbles sur un deuxième appareil de déplacement pour laisser un degré de liberté vertical et sur un troisième appareil de déplacement sur une poutre transversale pour laisser un degré de liberté latéral, chaque poutre étant montée sur un quatrième appareil de déplacement du dispositif de soutien pour laisser un degré de liberté latéral.
