An electrical connector including a first connection section adapted to connect the electrical connector to a first conductor; and a second connection section connected to the first connection section. The second connection section includes a lug with a plurality of lug portions with at least one weakened section between the lug portions. Each lug portion has a hole adapted to be located onto a respective mounting post. A first one of the lug portions can be removed from a second one of the lug portions at the weakened section to reconfigure the second connection section to have one less lug portion.

La présente invention concerne un connecteur électrique qui comprend une première section de connexion conçue pour connecter le connecteur électrique à un premier conducteur et une seconde section de connexion connectée à la première section de connexion. La seconde section comprend une cosse qui consiste en une pluralité de cosses ayant au moins une section affaiblie parmi elles. Chaque cosse comporte un orifice adapté pour être placé sur une tige de montage respective. Une des cosses peut être retirée d'une seconde au niveau de la section affaiblie pour reconfigurer la section de seconde connexion afin d'obtenir une cosse de moins.
