The present invention is related to field of allergic (hyper--sensitivity) diseases and provides a method for producing modified aller-genic polypeptides for use in im-munotherapies. In the method of the invention, said allergenic polypep-tides are modified so that they are not capable to form transient dimers. The invention also provides modified .beta.--lactoglobulins for use in immunother-apy of milk allergy.
La présente invention concerne le domaine des maladies allergiques (lhypersensibilité) et fournit un procédé de production de polypeptides allergénique destines à être utilisés dans des immunothérapies. Selon le procédé de linvention, lesdits polypeptides allergéniques sont modifiés de sorte quils ne sont pas capables de former des dimères transitoires. Linvention concerne également des ß-lactoglobulines destinées à être utilisées dans limmunothérapie dallergie au lait.
