The invention relates to modified comb copolymers comprising special structural units, produced by reacting SMA resins and optionally special copolymers having an AB block copolymer structure with a mixture consisting of at least one polyalkylene oxide monoamine and at least one amino alcohol, a mixture of at least one polyalkylene oxide monoamine and at least one N,N-disubstituted diamine or a mixture of at least one polyalkylene oxide monoamine, at least one N,N-disubstituted diamine and at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of monohydroxy-terminated polyalkylene oxides, monohydroxy-terminated polyesters and monohydroxy-terminated block copolymers consisting of polyalkylene oxide blocks and polyester blocks. The invention also relates to the subsequent reaction of the monohydroxy-terminated side chains of said comb copolymers to form phosphoric acid esters and to the reaction of the N,N-disubstituted amino-terminated side chains of said copolymers to form quaternary ammonium salts. The invention further relates to the use of the copolymers as wetting agents or dispersants.

Copolymères en peigne modifiés comportant des unités structurales spéciales, qui sont obtenus par mise en réaction de résines styrène / anhydride de l'acide maléique et éventuellement de copolymères spéciaux à structure de polymères séquencés AB avec un mélange constitué d'au moins une monoamine d'oxyde de polyalkylène et d'au moins un amino-alcool, ou avec un mélange constitué d'au moins une monoamine d'oxyde de polyalkylène et d'au moins une diamine N,N-disubstituée ou d'un mélange constitué d'au moins une monoamine d'oxyde de polyalkylène, d'au moins une diamine N,N-disubstituée et d'au moins un polymère choisi dans le groupe constitué d'oxydes de polyalkylène à terminaison monohydroxy, de polyesters à terminaison monohydroxy et de copolymères séquencés à terminaison monohydroxy à partir de séquences oxyde de polyalkylène et polyester, et dont les chaînes latérales à terminaison monohydroxy sont transformées en esters de l'acide phosphorique ou dont les chaînes latérales à terminaison amino N,N-disubstituées sont transformées en ammonium quaternaire. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation desdits copolymères en tant qu'agents mouillants et dispersants.
