Blended cholesterol-reduced animal fat and vegetable oil which are combined in a proportion such that the weight ratio of linoleic acid (18:2) content divided by myristic acid (14:2) content is between 2 and 9 inclusive. In addition, cholesterol-reduced animal fat can be blended with cholesterol-reduced fish oil to stabilize the fish oil against air-oxidation at room temperature.

Matière grasse animale et huile végétale mélangées, à faible niveau de cholestérol, combinées en une proportion telle que le rapport pondéral de la teneur en acide linoléïque (18:2) divisée par la teneur en acide myristique (14:2) est compris entre 2 et 9 inclus. De plus, on peut mélanger une matière grasse animale à faible niveau de cholestérol avec une huile de poisson à faible niveau de cholestérol afin de stabiliser l'huile de poisson contre l'oxydation de l'air à température ambiante.
