Modified polymers based on a grafted polyester comprising: a sulphonate hydrodispersible polyester-derived core, grafts consisting of copolymer patterns derived from at least one vinyl monomer and at least one unsaturated ethylene organopolysiloxane soluble in said vinyl monomer(s). Said polymers are prepared by: pre-emulsion in water of a organopolysiloxane solution in one or some vinyl monomer(s), then the emulsion obtained is added to an aqueous solution of a hydrodispersible sulphonate polyester and polymerized in the presence of a hydrosoluble or hydrodispersible activator. They may be used as coating agents.
PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Polymères modifiés à base d'un polyester greffé comprenant: un tronc dérivé d'un polyester sulfoné hydrodispersable, et des greffons constitués de motifs copolymères dérivés d'au moins un monomère vinylique et d'au moins un organopolysiloxane éthyléniquement insaturé soluble dans ledit ou lesdits monomère(s) vinylique(s). Ils sont préparés par: préémulsion dans l'eau d'une solution d'un organopolysiloxane dans un ou des monomère(s) vinylique(s), puis addition de l'émulsion obtenue à une solution aqueuse d'un polyester sulfoné hydrodispersable et polymérisation en présence d'un amorceur hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersable. Ils peuvent être utilisés comme agents de revêtement.
