The invention discloses a modular air purification system comprising a basic purification unit (10) having an inlet (58) and an outlet (60) where the basic purification unit comprises a motor, a fan (64) actuated by the motor and a controller (56). The purification system further comprises at least one enhancing unit (54) adapted to be electrically connected to the basic purification unit or to another enhancing unit in which a plurality of filters (70) are provided. Air that passes through the purification system passes through said the filters. The purification system further comprises at least one voltage connection plugs (104) adapted to electrically connect the basic purification system to the enhancing unit. The enhancing units are adapted to be connected to the basic purification unit in a fully modular manner.
Cette invention concerne un système modulaire de purification d'air comprenant une unité de purification de base dotée d'une entrée et d'une sortie, cette unité comprenant elle-même un moteur, un ventilateur entraîné par le moteur et une unité de commande. Le système de purification comprend en outre au moins une unité de renfort conçue pour être reliée électriquement à l'unité de purification de base ou à une autre unité de renfort, et qui renferme une pluralité de filtres. Par ailleurs, le système de purification est équipé d'au moins une prise de tension destinée à relier électriquement le système de purification de base à l'unité de renfort. Les unités de renfort sont conçues pour être raccordées à l'unité de purification de base de manière entièrement modulaire.
