Said array is placed on the ground directly under the foundation slab of the building. It comprises a plurality of coplanar and laterally adjacent modules. Each of said modules comprises two identical, rigid plastic parts (2-2'), which are centrally connected to one another by an absorber (3) and perimetrically by a car tire (5), preferably a used car tire, thus forming an elastically deformable chamber that is filled with a plastic granular material (6) having hydraulic effects in such a way that vertical and horizontal efforts of a seismic wave are absorbed by radial or horizontal deformation of the above-mentioned modules (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à être placé sur le sol, immédiatement sous le béton de propreté du bâtiment. Ce dispositif est constitué d'une pluralité de modules coplanaires et latéralement adjacents, chacun de ces modules se présentant sous la forme de deux pièces de matière plastique (2-2'), rigides, identiques entre elles, reliées au niveau médian par un silentbloc (3) et au niveau périmétrique par un pneu de véhicule (5), de préférence usé, qui constitue une chambre élastiquement déformable, remplie d'un granulat plastique (6) avec des effets hydrauliques, de manière que les efforts verticaux et horizontaux d'une onde sismique sont absorbés par une déformation radiale ou horizontale desdits modules (1).
