A bulk bag filling apparatus comprises a first support member having an upper end and a lower end and being oriented in a generally vertical direction; a second support member connected to said generally vertical member and extending at an angle to said generally vertical direction; a filling head for engagement with an opening of the bulk bag, wherein the filling head is connected to and supported by the second support member; a bulk bag support structure for engagement with support elements of the bulk bag, wherein the bulk bag support structure is connected to and supported by the second support member; and a hang-weighing mechanism for weighing the contents of the bulk bag, wherein the bulk bag support structure is connected to said second support member through said hang-weighing mechanism. The hang-weighing apparatus includes one or two load-bearing points at which the bulk bag support structure applies a load to the hang-weighing apparatus. A load cell is preferably provided at each of said load-bearing points, wherein each of said load cells converts said load into an electrical signal representative of the weight of the bulk bag and its contents.
Cet appareil d'ensachage en vrac comprend un premier élément support ayant une extrémité supérieure et une extrémité inférieure et orienté selon une direction généralement verticale ; un second élément support connecté audit élément généralement vertical et s~étendant à un angle donné par rapport à ladite direction généralement verticale ; une tête de remplissage destinée à s~engager avec une ouverture du sac en vrac, la tête de remplissage étant connectée au et supportée par le second élément support ; une structure support de sac en vrac destinée à s~engager dans les éléments supports du sac en vrac, la structure support de sac en vrac étant connectée au et supportée par le second élément support ; et un mécanisme de pesée à suspension permettant de peser le contenu du sac en vrac, la structure support de sac en vrac étant connectée audit second élément support par le biais dudit mécanisme de pesée à suspension. L~appareil de pesée à suspension comporte un ou deux points porteurs de charge auxquels la structure support de sac en vrac applique une charge à l~appareil de pesée à suspension. Une cellule de charge est de préférence disposée au niveau de chacun desdits points porteurs de charge, chacune desdites cellules de charge convertissant ladite charge en un signal électrique représentatif du poids du sac en vrac et de son contenu.
